All treatments are performed in strict compliance with applicable Commonwealth and state legislation governing radiation safety, therapeutic goods, and workplace health and safety.

Under the Radiation Safety Act 1999, any person who possesses or uses a radiation apparatus in Queensland must hold the appropriate licence issued by Queensland Health. All Queensland-based technicians hold individual Use Licences as required under the Act, permitting them to operate prescribed radiation apparatus under the conditions of our possession licence.
4. New South Wales - Regulatory Framework
Our New South Wales clinics operate under the Radiation Control Act 1990 (NSW) and the Radiation Control Regulation 2013 (NSW), administered by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).
