1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), booking an appointment, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Who We Are

This Site is operated by Think Again Laser Clinic (ABN 82 942 965 619). Clinic services are delivered at our Australian locations by qualified laser safety officers and technicians in accordance with state health regulations.

3. Services

Think Again Laser Clinic provides laser tattoo removal services using Class 4 medical-grade laser equipment. Our services include:

• Laser tattoo removal
• Cosmetic tattoo removal (eyebrows, lips, eyeliner)
• Tattoo fading for cover-up preparation

All treatments are performed in accordance with relevant state health regulations:

• New South Wales: Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966 (NSW)
• Queensland: Radiation Safety Act 1999 (Qld) – our Brisbane clinic operates under Queensland Health radiation use licensing

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment without parental consent. Clients under 18 require written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all appointments.

6. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be requested via our online booking system, phone, or email. Confirmation is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, terms will be displayed at booking. Deposits are applied to your treatment cost.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit forfeited or cancellation fee of up to $50 AUD
• No-show: Deposit forfeited or fee of up to $50 AUD

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling, and may incur fees as above.

Suitability

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments where safety or suitability criteria are not met, including but not limited to:

• Recent sun exposure or tanning
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Active skin conditions in the treatment area
• Certain medications
• Failure to follow pre-treatment instructions

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation based on:

• Tattoo size and location
• Ink density and colours
• Skin type
• Estimated number of sessions

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• EFTPOS
• Afterpay
• Zip Pay
• Humm

Promotional offers are subject to terms listed with each promotion.

8. Results and Expectations

Laser tattoo removal outcomes vary significantly based on individual and tattoo factors. Multiple sessions are typically required, spaced 6-8 weeks apart.

Complete removal cannot be guaranteed for all tattoos. Some tattoos may only achieve significant fading rather than complete clearance. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

9. Aftercare

Following our aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results and minimising complications. You will receive written aftercare instructions after each treatment.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and increase risk of adverse effects.

10. Risks and Consent

All laser treatments carry some risk. Potential side effects include:

• Temporary redness, swelling, and blistering
• Temporary or permanent changes in skin pigmentation
• Scarring (rare)
• Infection (rare, usually due to poor aftercare)
• Incomplete removal

You will be required to sign a consent form before your first treatment acknowledging these risks.

11. Gift Vouchers and Prepaid Packages

• Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are redeemable at participating Think Again Laser Clinic locations in Australia
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced
• Vouchers expire 3 years from date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
• No expiry fees or administration charges apply

12. Refunds

Our refund policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Services already rendered are generally non-refundable
• Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded at our discretion, minus any per-session discounts applied
• If we cannot provide services to the standard promised, you may be entitled to a refund or remediation

Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.

If you have a complaint about treatment received, please contact us first. If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily:

14. Photos and Testimonials

We may request your written consent to capture and use photographs or videos of your treatment results for:

• Treatment records
• Staff training
• Marketing and promotional materials

Identifiable images will not be published without your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect prior uses already published.

15. User Content

If you submit content to us (reviews, testimonials, questions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website and marketing channels, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights.

16. Intellectual Property

All Site content including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is owned by Think Again Laser Clinic or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

“Think Again Laser Clinic” and associated logos are trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Think Again Laser Clinic harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or services.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. For disputes arising from services provided:

• New South Wales clinics: Laws of New South Wales apply; you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
• Queensland clinics: Laws of Queensland apply; you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland

For disputes relating solely to website use (not clinic services), the laws of New South Wales apply.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

24. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
